In our guide you will find information about various European organisations and their institutions. Europe is the most advanced continent in terms of LGBT rights. Much of the success was acheived because of the work by the national LGBT organisations and their lobbying successes at the European level. Exploring this guide you will learn how these organisations work and how their work is relevant to LGBT people.

European Union

Pride events in Europe
While is some European countries Pride events are festive celebrations of diversity, in other countries LGBT people are being prevented by the state to even organise a Pride parade, or when daring to come out to the streets, they are facing fierce opposition, assaults and violence.
