<p>The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is the largest regional security organisation in the world with 55 participating States from Europe, Central Asia and North America. </p>

<p>Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights - is the principal institution responsible for the promotion of human rights and democracy in the OSCE area.</p>

<p>The OSCE provides a European wide forum for raising LGBT issues in the context of the OSCE’s mandate on the human dimension.  </p>
