On 13 December 2010, ILGA-Europe invited a group of 35 representatives of LGBT organisations, police forces and police academies to have an intense working seminar in the frame of our project “Working with the police and challenging hate crime in Europe”.
Evelyne Paradis, Executive Director ILGA-Europe, took part in a Roundtable organised by the European Parliament's Intergroup on LGBT Rights in connection with the presentation of the Fundamental Rights Agency's legal report: Homophobia, transphobia and discrimination on grounds of sexual orientation and gender identity.
ILGA-Europe staff joined the coalition of social NGO's against poverty in their event around the European Parliament in Brussels.

Training in Advocacy and Communication skills for activists from the Russian LGBT Network, St Petersburg, 8-10 July 2010
From 8-10 July, ILGA-Europe facilitated two workshops in Advocacy and Communications skills. The participants were all activists from the Russian LGBT Network and from various regions in Russia.
On 24 and 25 of June, 10 LGBT activists from the Western Balkans and Turkey participated in the study visit organised by ILGA-Europe.
From 21-23 of June 8 members of our partner organisations from the Western Balkans participated in the training organised by ILGA-Europe within the framework of the Step Up! project.
The Executive Board of ILGA-Europe, staff and representatives from member organisations met in June in Tallinn to discuss the next 3 year Strategic Plan 2011-2013.
