Strategic plans
Every five years since 2005, ILGA-Europe, in association with our membership, create a strategic plan which will provide core aspirations and guidelines for the work we will be carrying out going forward.
Our strategic plans affirm our commitment and mandate to work with and for the LGBTI movement in all its diversity.
While building on our previous Strategic Framework (2019-2023), the current Framework (2024-2029) expands on our growing understanding of the ecosystem and strategies of the LGBTI movements in Europe and Central Asia. It also puts much more focus on working, as a movement, towards deeply-rooted social acceptance and inclusion, and towards fair, just and equal societies and economies.
