Anna manages ILGA-Europe's corporate partnerships and collaborations, leads on private sector engagement, and develops the organisation's non-institutional fundraising. She also coordinates the annual European Equality Gala, the biggest fundraiser for the European LGBTI movement.
Before joining ILGA-Europe in 2017, Anna held fundraising and events roles in London, first at the international LGBT rights organisation Kaleidoscope Trust and then focusing on community and foundation fundraising at cancer research charity Sarcoma UK. She also gained experience at LGL, the national LGBT rights organisation in Lithuania, supporting the organisation of Baltic Pride. Anna holds a Master's degree from the University of Tampere, Finland (2009) and worked as a translator, editor and technical writer for several years before entering the non-profit sector.
